Debbra Rogers was named to her current position as Chief Commercial Officer, GE Additive in April 2018. In this role, she provides strategic direction to drive additive manufacturing and industry growth, while leading a cohesive global commercial organization including Sales, Commercial Operations, Marketing and Communications.
She is a result driven management executive with 25+ years of experience leading technology operations and business units of varying size and complexity globally. Debbra is a true white-space thinker who knows how to create, build and execute quickly to deliver best-in-class results. She has owned companies, developed and led high-performance commercial teams, and over-delivered in tough markets.
Debbra joined GE from Paradata where she was President & CEO of the $10M optimization data platform that enables the Digital Industrial Supply Chain. Prior to Paradata, Debbra was the SVP of Sales, Strategy Development and Solution Creation on behalf of Flextronics Integrated Network Solutions, a $10bn division of Flextronics, supporting the high-tech industry. Before Flextronics, Debbra founded and grew a manufacturer’s representative firm headquartered in Silicon Valley that she sold to Multek (Flextronics) in 1999.
Debbra studied at the University of California, Santa Barbara, San Jose State and Stanford Graduate School of Business‐ Executive Education Program.
